  Government is our acquisition channel

  We work with district administrations and state governments to reach students. But once a student is onboard, the learning relationship is directly between CodeYogi and the student. Government opens the door. We walk through it ourselves.

  AI isn’t a feature. It is the infrastructure.

  There are no CodeYogi teachers on the ground. No labs. No classroom sessions. Our AI system teaches, evaluates, nudges, and mentors every student simultaneously — because for this audience, at this scale, no human alternative exists. And unlike fixed infrastructure, it gets better with every cohort.

  We build for the constraints

  Low-end devices. Limited bandwidth. No English fluency. No prior exposure. These are not obstacles we hope students will overcome before they can learn. They are the design brief we started with.

  Mindset is the product

  Specific AI tools will change. Coding languages evolve. The job market shifts faster than any curriculum can track. What we are actually building in every student is the identity of someone who learns, builds, and adapts — as a habit, not an effort.
